GE Health Benefits for Production Employees
GE offers a range of benefits and programs to support the health and wellbeing of you and your family. Read on for an overview of what's new in 2023–as well as a reminder of some of the key programs available to you through GE Health Benefits.
Regardless of what Business you are in, the benefit elections you make during Annual Enrollment will be in effect for all of 2023 (unless you have a qualifying event that enables you to change certain elections mid-year).

What you need to do
Between October 10 and October 28, review your benefit choices and select the option that fits your and your family’s needs for 2023. Annual Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to:
- Change or enroll in a medical, vision, or dental plan.
- Confirm the family members you elect to cover and their working spouse status.
- Elect contributions to your savings account contributions. Remember, any 2022 contribution election does not automatically carry over to 2023.
This guide provides highlights of the changes to your available health and welfare plans. If there are any conflicts between this document and the Plan documents, the Plan documents prevail. Please note that some employees may be ineligible to participate in benefits.
