Take this opportunity to confirm the family members you elect to cover, as you may be required to provide documentation confirming their eligibility in the future.

It’s also a good time to review contact and beneficiary information for all your plans, and contribute to spending and savings accounts.

California employees currently enrolled in Option 2 Select (Kaiser) will receive a separate communication regarding changes to their coverage.
